Welcome to AJR Events. By accessing and using our website, services, and products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

1. General Terms

1.1 Service Description
AJR Events offers photobooth rentals and entertainment services for events in Atlanta, Georgia, and surrounding cities. Our services are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client and include delivery, setup, and operation of photobooth equipment, as well as any additional services agreed upon during booking.

1.2 Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

1.3 Modifications to Services
AJR Events reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service, either temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of our services.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Booking Process
To secure a booking, clients must complete the booking form available on our website or contact us directly at 404 693 7823 or hello@ajrevents.co. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit as specified during the booking process.

2.2 Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before the event date. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or any other method agreed upon by AJR Events.

2.3 Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will be charged 50% of the total booking fee. In the event of a cancellation within 7 days of the event, the full booking fee will be due.

2.4 Refunds
Refunds are provided at the discretion of AJR Events, primarily in cases where we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to circumstances within our control.

3. Event Requirements

3.1 Access and Setup
The client is responsible for ensuring that AJR Events has access to the event location at least two hours before the event start time for setup. Adequate space and electrical outlets must be provided as per the specifications discussed during booking.

3.2 Damage and Liability
The client is liable for any damage to AJR Events’ equipment caused by guests or other individuals at the event. AJR Events is not responsible for any injury or damage to property caused by misuse of the equipment by the client or guests.

3.3 Event Conduct
AJR Events reserves the right to refuse service or terminate services during an event if we deem that the environment is unsafe, abusive, or unsuitable for our staff or equipment.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership of Content
All photos, videos, and other content created during the event by AJR Events remain the property of AJR Events. We reserve the right to use this content for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4.2 Client Usage
Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use and share the content provided by AJR Events for personal use. Any commercial use must be pre-approved by AJR Events.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

5.1 Personal Information
AJR Events collects personal information such as names, contact details, and payment information to facilitate bookings and provide services. This information is kept confidential and is used solely for the purpose of delivering our services.

5.2 Data Sharing
We do not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to process payments or comply with legal obligations.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Event Liability
AJR Events is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability for direct damages is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the services in question.

6.2 Force Majeure
AJR Events is not responsible for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, natural disasters, or strikes.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Georgia.
